Smoke Outlet Panels

Basement areas of most premises can now be converted into a working or living area by fitting smoke outlet panels that meet Fire Regulations and Health and Safety requirements.

This can be done by adding glass block-inserted Emergency Exits, Cellar Flaps or Fire Escapes to the pavement outside your building.

Regulation identification plates are cast into all smoke outlet panels and brass demarcation strips can be supplied. We can also provide a test panel to submit for Fire Brigade approval.
