Fire Escapes

New Age Glass manufacture, supply and fit standard size or custom built Fire Escape hatches, suitable for use on pavement areas.

Each hatch is in-filled with 100x100mm moulded glass lenses and closes onto a guttered frame to allow drainage of surface water. The hatch is locked underneath by spring bolt and fitted with 2 No gas springs to ensure quick and easy operation.

To comply with safety regulations the gutter needs to be maintained regularly to remove dirt and the drainage channels cleaned. New Age Glass can provide this maintenance service.
